Google Cloud stopped managed serving for 16 open models on October 21, 2026: four DeepSeek endpoints (V3.1, V3.2, R1-0528 and DeepSeek-OCR), GLM-5 and 4.7, gpt-oss-20b, Kimi K2 Thinking, Llama 3.3 70B, MiniMax M2, two e5 embedding models and four Qwen3 variants. The weights stay on Model Garden; customers who want them now have to host them themselves. Notice was given July 21.
