AWS's managed ML service that learned the normal behavior of industrial equipment from sensor data and flagged anomalies before failures. It went GA on April 8, 2021, closed to new customers in late 2024 and was discontinued on October 7, 2026, after which the console and all resources became inaccessible. AWS pointed customers to the native anomaly detection added to AWS IoT SiteWise in July 2025, plus a GitHub repo of migration scripts. Its siblings Lookout for Metrics and Lookout for Vision were already gone, both in October 2025.
