An Indian startup founded in 2025 by IIT Bombay alumni Dhruv Jaglan and Georgi Boby, selling AI agents for marketing work described in plain English: competitor intelligence, campaign research, social outreach, content repurposing and sales-call analysis. It raised $1M from Peak XV Partners, DeVC and Day Zero Ventures at a $10M valuation and, by Jaglan's account, reached 10,000 users within months of launch. On September 2, 2026 Adobe acquired it in an undisclosed deal that licensed its technology and brought its six-person team into Adobe. The platform shut down after the deal; no switch-off date was published.
Collateral damage: Existing customers lost access to the platform, with no data-export window announced.
